The Sapphire Firm is a boutique consultancy that specializes in providing custom business solutions for enterprises of all sizes. We serve as professional advisors for individual projects, marketing campaigns, business operations, efficiency measures, policy & procedures, and strategic management. We also offer professional valuation opinions for large investing groups in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.

Thomas Paul, MBA
With an ability to assess complex situations, provide innovative solutions, and drive organizational change, Thomas brings a unique perspective and a results-oriented approach to consulting engagements. Whether it’s helping organizations streamline operation, optimize resources, or navigate industry challenges, Thomas’s focus on data analysis, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving enables him to identify opportunities for growth and develop comprehensive solutions for his clients.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Thomas worked extensively in the Entertainment Industry as a Television Executive and Producer. While at Marvel Television, he oversaw the creative production of shows such as Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, The Punisher, and Cloak & Dagger.
Thomas holds an MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business, with a concentration in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change. Thomas graduated with honors, earning membership in the prestigious business school honors society, Beta Gamma Sigma.

A "fixer" by nature, Michelle has a long history of finding solutions for her clients. She has a long track record of successful management and team leadership. This stems from a strong sense of duty and entrepreneurial spirit. It is this spirit that drives her abilities to create productive marketing campaigns and financial models, and to design strong business growth strategies.
Before joining The Sapphire Firm, she spent many years in pharmacy, designing custom (compounded) formulations, leading teams, managing training efforts for service, efficiency and compliance, and designing/implementing both clinical programs and "policy and procedures." She has applied these skills and programs in other business areas outside of medicine.
Michelle is a graduate of the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (MBA) with concentrations in Finance and Global Business, and the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy). She is also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business honor society.
